Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropies (MACP) seeks to engage a consultant or a consultant team to help its Program team create and execute a learning framework designed to develop stronger awareness of biases and deepen our understanding of structures and systems that perpetuate racism and social inequity. We see this focus on learning as a critical initial step in our broader journey to becoming a more effective partner with our grantees on combatting racism, and ultimately improving the impact of our programmatic goals.
