Win Neuger serves as director for the board of Margaret A. Cargill Foundation and of Anne Ray Foundation, grantmaking philanthropies funded by the late Margaret A. Cargill. The foundations operate under the umbrella of Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropies.
Win was the founding Chair and Chief Executive Officer of AIG Investments, which subsequently became PineBridge Investments, where he served first as Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Executive Committee and later as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors. Concurrent with his tenure at AIG Investments, Win served as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of American International Group, Inc.
Prior to his time at AIG, Win’s experience included Managing Director roles in Fixed Income and Global Equities at Bankers Trust Company, Chief Investment Officer at Western Asset Management, and Head of Fixed Income at Northwestern National Bank. Win also served as non-executive chairman of EcoAlpha Asset Management LLC, a private investment management company focused on companies providing solutions to global problems around burdened resources.
Win currently serves as Managing Partner at Mount Curve Partners and Chair of the Win and Christie Neuger Foundation. He also serves on the boards of GHR Foundation, WisdomTree Investments, and Jeremiah Program, and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and CFA Institute. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College and Master of Business Administration from the Amos Tuck Graduate School of Business at Dartmouth.
